The President, Maritime Journalists Association of Nigeria (MAJAN), Comrade Ray Ugochukwu, has commended Mr Bello Koko, the Managing Director, Nigeria Ports Authority on the promotion of Chief Nasiru Ibrahim to the position of General Manager.
Mr Ray made this known in a press statement issued on MAJAN members platform.
” The appointment of Chief Nasiru as General Manager, Corporate & Strategic Communication of NPA is a welcome development”, he noted.
Ray Ugochukwu said that Chief Nasiru has what it takes to manage the Public Relations Unit of the Authority efficiently.
Also, he expressed optimism that the appointment will enhance robust working synergy between the authority and the Maritime Media.
