Border security: Comptroller Uba visits Army Battalions 243

In efforts to enhance strict security measures at Seme border for maximum revenue generation for the Federal Government, the Customs Area Controller (CAC), Seme Area Command of Nigeria Customs Service, Comptroller Mohammed Uba, has visited Army Battalions 243 on a familiarisation tour.
In the same vein, Comptroller Uba and top officers of Seme Customs also visited Oba Akran of Badagry, as well as the Oba of Ibereku town, as part of the familiarisation tour of the Command.
The familiarisation exercise, ‘Business Update’ gathered was important to brainstorm with the Army, as well as traditional rulers of the communities on the need to ensure adequate security enforcement at the border, especially as the ember months approach.
